Our Response Method

When we receive a sample from a customer, we identify the fabric and if available, cut a sample from our roll and send it to you along with the original sample. The sample will include pattern direction, price, and fabric width. Whether or not we have the material, we return the original sample. For our customers who indicate that they are pressed for time, we will call and indicate the availability and price. If the customer indicates that he/she is interested in a close match in the event that the original was not available, we search for an appropriate approximation of color and pattern, sending samples for approval. This may also be an option for the customer looking for an economical material to repair the seats in a daily driver. With an inventory as large as ours, on the rare occasion that the original is not available, something similar is.

Regarding Samples

Samples are available upon request for many items; however, in certain cases we require a sample for match-up, particularly if we are unable to determine the correct material or color by telephone. All requests for materials that we have in stock which are made by mail receive samples in return.

When Ordering

Please be sure to include the year, make, model, body style, and color with all orders as well as other information requested in individual section of the catalogue. It is also helpful to include a phone number in case we have any questions.

Payment Options

Payment is accepted in US funds only and can be made in any of the following ways:

Visa and MasterCard orders.
COD to addresses within the Continental United States.
Pre-paid by check or money order (foreign order payments should be drawn on US banks or paid with postal money orders.
Wire transfer of funds from the customers back to our bank (this service carries additional charges, call for details.

Shipping

All orders are shipped by United Parcel Service (UPS). All levels of service are available including ground, three day select, second day air, next day air, and international air. Generally, all sample sheets sent to customers include estimated shipping costs. Please call, write, or fax for shipping costs on all orders when not previously indicated.
